EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
All orders are hand made and therefore may have slight variations in colors and designs. Due to the custom nature of the items made all sales are final, unless fault is found in the product or in our production. You may request a proof of your product and design by adding that request into the “additional information” section when placing your order or by emailing us at customcreationsbycarlson@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
When ordering please use the size charts included. If you do not order the correct size, we will consider an exchange for an equal priced item, with the cost of returning the original item falling upon the customer. The new item will not be shipped until the item has been returned to us, or unless the customer agrees to pay in advance with a refund being made after the incorrectly sized item is received by Custom Creations by Carlson. Shipping costs for the replacement item are also the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be provided for items that were incorrectly ordered. Due to the custom nature of the products we provide, we reserve the right to not accept an item for exchange.
SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ship orders within 2 weeks of the order being placed.
OR
Preordered items will typically ship within 2 weeks of the closing date of the preorder.
We do our best to communicate delays in delivery times and to meet our client’s deadlines. If you need an item by a certain date please indicate it in the “additional information” portion of your order or by emailing us at customcreationsbycarlson@gmail.com.
We use UPS and USPS shipping.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping fees including the charges to have the order returned to me and reshipped. If you need your address changed after placing your order and before you have received tracking information, please email us at customcreationsbycarlson@gmail.com.
To reduce waste and to keep costs down as much as possible for our customers we do reuse boxes for shipping with applicable.
